Five-year-old boy brain damaged at birth to receive £11.5m in compensation
A five-year-old boy who was severely brain damaged at birth due to the failure of midwives at Royal Sussex county hospital to notice a prolapsed umbilical cord is to receive an £11.5m compensation package.
